I purchased a VW Caddy from Dream Automotive about 3-4 weeks ago, and I must say they truly live up to their name. The entire process was seamless, the customer service was outstanding, and the van is in good condition considering its kilometres. From the moment I met Saleem and Reza, I could tell they were honest and trustworthy, which is essential when buying a used vehicle. As a tradesman, my vehicle is my most important tool, and I’ve had some traumatising experiences in the past with second-hand cars. However, my decision to choose Dream Automotive was influenced not only by their excellent customer service but also by my impression that they genuinely care about their customers. They see their business as a purpose: to help people rather than just a cash grab. While I did encounter some minor issues with the Caddy that could have led to bigger problems, I was anxious about reaching out to Saleem since I knew these issues weren't covered under warranty. To my relief, he responded quickly and upheld the reputation of Dream Automotive by addressing the issues promptly. It reminded me why I chose them in the first place. Cars will always have their quirks, especially those with over 250,000 kilometres; I cannot fault Saleem for that. Instead, I wholeheartedly applaud his commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Dream Automotive has been exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle. They've definitely made a repeat customer out of me!

We bought a 2020 Ford Transit van from Saleem. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Saleem was very quick to respond to our enquiry about the vehicle and supportive of us engaging our own mobile mechanic to inspect the van. Saleem was happy to accommodate us viewing the vehicle at our convenience. He was friendly and easy going, showing us both the van we were interested in and a camper that was already built out for our interest. The vehicle was in good condition, and confirmed to be mechanically sound, which was our main focus. When our mechanic picked up a few issues, Saleem agreed to fix these as a condition of sale. We appreciated Saleem keeping us updated along the way. Despite having to find a specialist for the wheel alignment, Saleem got everything fixed quickly. It was a lovely and comfortable experience buying from Dream Automotive. This was a very significant purchase for us, and inherently stressful, however Saleem's approach put us at ease. Saleem obviously takes pride in his work, is fair, transparent and follows through on his promises. I would highly recommend this business.

Our experience with Dream Automotive was just that. Reza made everything very easy. We are around 4 hours from his showroom and unable to view the vehicle prior to purchase. To put our mind at ease he suggested a pre purchase check by a third party, he then organised registration and transport. He sent us a picture when it was picked up from his showroom and provided tracking details. The delivery driver even drove the vehicle to our work place. I will happily purchase from again.

It’s hard to put into words how much passion Saleem has for his business. This was hands down the best car purchasing experience I have had and I’ve had a dozen. Not only was the vehicle I purchased in absolutely immaculate condition, all his vehicles are. All freshly detailed perfect service history, nothing has not been attended to and with new floor mats, steering wheel covers, pedal cover. His negotiating on the price was way more than fair.
